Bhopal: Congress general secretary and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Digvijay Singh on Friday hailed the railway budget presented by Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee. In a statement, Mr. Singh said that the budget was in the interest of the common man and lauded the decision not to increase passenger fares.
