Srinath, Aswin stay ahead

NEW DELHI: International Masters N. Srinath and Aswin Jayaram shared the lead with three points after as many rounds in the Asian junior chess championship at Colombo on Friday.

In the girls’ section, where the top five seeds are Indians, second seed Padmini Rout maintained her winning sequence to jointly lead with the sixth-seeded Iranian Mitra Hejazipour.
