MCD fined

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has asked the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to pay over Rs.10 lakh as compensation to a woman whose husband was killed by bulls on a street here. This is said to be the highest compensation ordered for a death caused by stray cattle.
