Shabir Shah has links with Lashkar: police

SRINAGAR: In a confidential report, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has accused the moderate Hurriyat Conference leader, Shabir Ahmed Shah, of having links with the Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba.
