World Café Asia is a stylish fast-paced show on Discovery Travel and Living that uncovers the recipes, history and culture behind some of Asia’s most famous street foods.
As well as sampling the delights themselves, Hanoi’s chef Bobby Chin explores one of the main cornerstones of Asian life.
Bobby Chin, a restaurateur and once stand-up comedian, travels to 13 destinations across Asia, visiting the markets, hanging out in the hippest nightspots and demonstrates his culinary expertise on some delicious, interesting and sometime downright strange street food.
The show is telecast on Mondays, 8 p.m.
