HYDERABAD: After making its presence felt in Banjara Hills and Karkhana, Xtreme Sports Bar, a city-based food and beverage chain, is all set to open a new outlet in Jubilee Hills as well as in 40 locations across the country over the next two years.

Centred on sport as its theme, the bar that opened in June last year hit it off well with youngsters and lovers of sports – not just cricket, but also soccer, hockey, F1, Moto GP and even golf. Offering plush interiors, comfortable sofas and live sports on slick LCD screens, more such bars will be opened soon.“It’s a place where people can come with their friends, have a drink and watch their favourite games,” said Arjun Valluri, director of SuryaRay Elixirs Pvt. Ltd., which owns the chain.

“Of these 40 new sports bars, 20 will have golf and F1 car simulators, so people can feel what it’s like to drive an F1 car on a racing circuit or even play virtual golf,” said Dheeraj Keshwani, director, Xtreme Sports Bar. The new outlet at Jubilee Hills will house a bowling alley, pool tables and a gaming corner.
