KRISHNAGIRI/DHARMAPURI: Over 700 noon meal employees were arrested in Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts on Thursday when they resorted to protests.

In Dharmapuri 175 noon meal workers were arrested and released in the evening. In Krishnagiri about 550 employees were arrested and before being released in the evening.
