The Tiruchi District Chess Association will conduct district chess tournament in the under- 19, 15, 11, 9 and 7 age categories and under-13 selection tournament at SM HSS, Woraiyur on July 18 and 19. Entries close on July 17. Call Lesunathan on 97905 00555, for details.

The Dindigul District Football Association will conduct district-level inter-school football tournament for boys and girls from July 14 to 16 at District Stadium in Dindigul.
