Chinese pochuing prawns

INGREDIENTS:

Prawn (without the shell) : 250

grams

Oil : 50 grams

Rice wine : 50 grams

Capsicum (diced) : One

Onion (diced) : One

Garlic (chopped) : 2 pieces

Ginger (chopped) : 1 small piece

Tomato (Juice) : 100 grams

Spring Onion : pinch

Oyster sauce : 50 grams

White pepper : 2 teaspoon

Thyme leaf : Pinch

Onion chopped : One



Executive Chef S. Mohanraj has more than two decades of experience in the industry. A specialist in Tandoori, Chinese and Continental dishes, he has been with Hotel Gajapria, Tiruchi for the past 15 years.

METHOD:

Boil the prawns, capsicum, onion, peeled tomato juice and thyme leaf in 250ml of water for 20 minutes.

Keep aside. Pour oil in the pan and add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, white pepper, oyster sauce. Add the mix prepared earlier.

Add rice wine to the above preparation and garnish with spring onion. The delicious Chinese pochuing prawns is ready to be served.
