Vegetable and fruit roll CHEF ASIF ALI
Ingredients Fruits: pineapple, kiwi, sweet lime Carrot: 1 Cucumber: 1 Zucchini: 1 Mint Dip Mint leaves: 1cup Curd: 1 tablespoon Green chilly: 1 Ginger: 1 small piece Salt: to taste Method: Cut the fruits in to one inch length sticks. Peel the vegetables to make a thin strip. Roll the fruit stick with different vegetable strips. Put into ice until you are ready to serve. To make the mint dip Mix all the ingredients together and make a fine paste.
