Patna: CPI-ML (Liberation) on Tuesday called for a State-wide bandh on November 24 to press for early implementation of D Bandhopadhyaya Commission recommendations on land reforms. “We will observe a State-wide bandh on November 24 to press for implementation of land reforms measures in keeping with the recommendations of the Bandopadhyaya Commission,” CPI-ML (Liberation) State secretary Nand Kishore Prasad said.
