Exams will be held from 8 to 11 a.m.
Same schedule for vocational stream

HYDERABAD: The first and second year Intermediate Public Examinations (theory) will begin on March 3 and 4, 2010, respectively and end on March 22.

Practical examinations would be held from February 3 to 22, according to the Board of Intermediate Education schedule released here on Friday.

The following is the first year exam schedule: March 3 (Wednesday) - Second Language paper I; March 5 (Friday) - English paper I; March 8 (Monday) - Maths paper I A, Botany paper I, Civics paper I, Psychology paper I; March 10 (Wednesday) - Maths Paper I B, Zoology paper I, History paper I; March 12 (Friday) - Physics paper I, Economics paper I, Classical Language paper I; March 15 (Monday) - Chemistry paper I, Commerce paper I, Sociology paper I, Fine Arts, Music paper I; March 18 (Thursday) - Geology paper I, Home Science paper I, Public Administration paper I, Logic paper I and Geography paper I; Bridge Course Maths paper I (For Bi.P.C. students); March 20 (Saturday) - Modern Language paper I.

The second year exam schedule is as follows: March 4 (Thursday) - Second Language paper II; March 6 (Saturday) - English paper II; March 9 (Tuesday) - Maths paper II A, Botany paper II, Civics paper II, Psychology paper II; March 11 (Thursday) - Maths paper II B, Zoology paper II, History paper II; March 13 (Saturday) - Physics paper II, Economics paper II, Classical Language paper II; March 17 (Wednesday) - Chemistry paper II, Commerce paper II, Sociology paper II, Fine Arts, Music paper II; March 19 (Friday) - Geology paper II, Home Science paper II, Public Administration paper II, Logic paper II and Geography paper II, Bridge Course Maths paper II (For Bi.P.C. students); March 22 (Monday) - Modern Language paper II.

Vocational stream

The exams would be held from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. everyday. Board Secretary G. Balaramaiah said the Environmental Education examination would be held on January 30.

He said though the schedule was the same for the Intermediate vocational stream as well, a separate time table would be issued soon.
