Flu toll rises to 20

Thiruvananthapuram: Influenza A (H1N1) infection has claimed two more lives in the State, taking the total death toll due to the H1N1 virus to 20. Nafisa, 33, from Perinthalmanna in Malappuram, who died on November 3, and Manjusha, 18, from Padalikkad, Palakkad, who died on November 4, had contracted the infection, it has now been confirmed. Both were under treatment for severe pneumonia.
