PUDUKOTTAI: Speakers at a day-long workshop on ‘guiding the Plus Two students to face the public examination’ organised under the auspices of Karpaga Vinayaga Trust here recently, underlined the impact of meditation and writing skills to score higher marks, without any stress. They said that students should develop a sense of confidence to face the examination. A large number of Plus Two students from different schools in the district participated in the workshop. The Chief Educational Officer, T. Hariharan, said that concentration was a key factor for success in the examinations. Students should not be baffled, especially when they come across tough concepts of the syllabi. On the other hand, they should take sustained efforts till the goal was achieved. In this context, he advised the students to practise ‘yoga’. The former Union Minister of State and founder of the Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Institutions, S. Regupathy, who presided over the function, said that the Trust would offer cash prize for the district-level three toppers in the Plus Two examination. He released a question bank in physics subject compiled by the Headmaster, Brahadambal Higher Secondary School, Kanagasabapathy and the first copy was received by Mr. Hariharan. A couple of resource-persons, S. Rajavelu and C. Hariramjothi, delivered special lectures on ‘How to secure more marks?’ and also clarified students’ doubts. The District Educational Officer, M.
