Citizen’s charter

Thiruvananthapuram: The Citizen’s Charter brought out by Thiruvananthapuram District Panchayat as part of making the administration efficient and transparent was released by Minister for Local Self-Government Paloli Mohammed Kutty. Speaking at the function organised on the panchayat office premises on Friday, the Minister said the charter would help the citizens to know their rights and privileges.
