Stone laid for pharmacy college

KADAPA: Minister for Minority Welfare Mohd. Ahmedullah laid foundation stone for a pharmacy college to be built with an outlay of Rs. 1 crore by Educational Trust in Settigunta village in Railway Kodur mandal on Saturday.

The Minister wanted the academic year commenced in 2010 by completing the buildings soon. Sixty students would be admitted on merit as per EAMCET ranking, he said. Congress MLC B. Chengalrayulu, Kodur MLA K. Srinivasulu, Trust chairman S. Ayub Ahmed Bukhari also participated.
