Sports meet opened

ELURU: A sports meet involving the students of Social Welfare and BC Welfare Hostels was inaugurated here on Saturday. A little over 1,000 students from different hostels took part in various events held under nine categories. The organisers said the winners would be selected for participation in a district-level sports meet to be held on Nov. 14 and 15.-Staff Reporter
