The hideous giant

Ever regretted those sharp words you said to your friend for some silly reason or the other? Your justification would be, "I didn't really mean those words, I said it just because I was angry."

Everybody gets angry. It is not anger that causes destruction, it is what you do in this state of mind that causes destruction.

There are three ways you can deal with anger:

First walk out, then, work out

The simplest thing to do when you are angry is to walk away from whatever has caused it. When you are calmer, work out the problem and deal with it.

Sometimes it is not possible to walk away from the scene. In that case, take a deep breath, investigate the cause of your anger and find out if there is another way to deal with the situation. Deal with it calmly.

Staying shut

Most of the time there is no real cause for anger and in most of these anger-provoking situations, it is best to do nothing. So just stay away or be by yourself for a while and when you are calmer then resume your daily activities.

In most situations you can invent your own ways of dealing with anger. But just make sure you don't do anything foolish.
