Higher and higher
comes up the sun
Slowly and steadily it comes
Golden are its morning rays
How lovely it is to stand in it
And say your prayers
It brings joy unto our earth
Just like a mother who
Has given birth
To see the rising of the sun
It makes me want to run
How children love
to see it come
The rising of the sun.
