Stretching feet

This one will make you sit up and take notice. A Brazilian weight-lifting instructor finished sweating his way through 1,11,000 sit-ups in 24 hours recently to claim a world record. "I won't do another sit-up for two months", Edmar Freitas said after topping world stomach-crunch champ American Bill Evans who is in the Guinness Book of World Records for doing 1,03,000 sit-ups. Freitas who carried out the feat on a stage mounted in a busy street of Curitiba, the capital of southern Parana state, ate an energy bar and drank coconut milk every hour.
