Ordered to eat sweets

Soldiers in the Russian military may soon be sucking sweets instead of smoking cigarettes, thanks to a recent order from the Russian Defence Ministry. Military commanders were to urge conscript soldiers to lead healthy lives and to explain the dangers of smoking and to help soldiers who want to quit. They also have to make sure that tobacco products don't reach the troops. Fulfilling the order will be daunting as Russia is one of the world's most smoker friendly nations.
